Traps for survival.

there are so many kinds of traps out there. you have snares, deadfalls, net traps and spear traps. A saying I once heard was this. Mangle, dangle, tangle, strangle. Mangle meaning deadfalls or spear traps dangle as in the traps that lift them up off the ground tangle is net traps strangle would be typical snare traps. I use this saying to remember the different types and each type has its pros and cons and has its own uses for each type of game. Spear traps are best for large game as snares are for small game. Learn to make at least 2-3 varieties of each kind of trap and you should be really set. keep in mind though, making traps may or may not make the difference. you need to have good tracking skills as well to tell if your target game is in the area and is likely to take the trap. Also, when setting traps. don't ever just set one. always set multiples. that increases your odds tremendously.
